We’re All Tired!

It’s probably no surprise that most of us are not getting enough sleep these days. Our jobs are more demanding than they were five years ago, requiring us to take work home and immerse ourselves in technology. We can’t seem to stop checking our friends’ Facebook status or our Twitter feeds before we turn in at night. It all boils down to the fact that Americans are not getting enough sleep which affects our health and well-being in significant ways.
